📖 After setting up your subscription, we understand that you might want to take a pause from using Boost AI Search & Discovery or cancel your subscription completely.
Pause your subscription
At the moment, we have not developed tools to pause your subscription for a specific period. In this case, if you want to stop the billing for some reason, you can consider uninstalling the app.
💪 When you uninstall the app after using it for some time, all your settings will be retained within 60 days since you uninstalled it. Therefore, when you reinstall the app, you will not have to spend much time remaking those settings.
Cancel your subscription
It's sad to see you go. However, we respectfully support your decision. To cancel your subscription to avoid any unwanted further charges from the Boost plan. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: From your Shopify Admin dashboard, go to Settings.
Step 2: From the left column menu, select App and sales channel.
Step 3: From the apps list, find Boost AI Search & Discovery > click Uninstall.
Step 4: Confirm your decision by clicking Uninstall again from the Pop-up.

💡 Additionally, just in case you have NO intention to re-subscribe to Boost plan shortly, please follow this guide to uninstall the app safely without affecting your Shopify store’s data and settings.
When you decide to cancel your app subscription, you can always ask for a refund for ONE latest payment in any case.
