⚠️ This article is used for troubleshooting when our filter is not showing up. We do not have integration with Translate My Store app.

What is the issue?

In some cases, our filter cannot be shown when the Translate My Store app is running.

Here is an example of a store translated from English to Spanish via the Translate My Store app and the left-side filter tree does not load:


Why it happens

Translate My Store app mistranslates our filter elements, which distorts the display filter.

Below is an example, where our filter code "productAndVariantAvailable":false was mistranslated into "productAndVariantAvailable":falso


How to fix

1. Go the Translate My Store app > Access Manual Translation

2. Fill the fields in the Search Translatable items and click the Search items for Manual Translation button:

  • Select a Language to Translate: Pick the language, on which the issue occurs; in this case, it is Spanish

  • Select a Translation Status: All

  • Input the keywords of the original text: settings

3. Delete all the translation

4. Click Save Change.

After that, the filter tree should be automatically shown on the frontend:
