What is the issue?
In some cases, our filter cannot be shown when the Translation Lab app is running.
Here is an example of a store translated from English to Spanish via the Translation Lab app and the left-side filter tree does not load:
Why it happens
Translation Lab app mistranslates our filter elements, which distorts the display filter.
Below is an example, where our filter code "productAndVariantAvailable":true
was mistranslated into "productAndVariantAvailable":falso
How to fix
1. Go to the Translation Lab app > Switch to the Translations tab
2. Fill the required fields to search:
Translations for language: Pick the language, on which the issue occurs; in this case, it is Spanish
Translation of: Choose Metafield
3. Find the metafield of our filter app and delete all the translation.
4. Click the Save button.
After that, the filter tree should be automatically shown on the frontend:
