REVIEWS.IO Integration Function
Show your reviews on Boost features, including:
1. Filter options by ratings
2. Instant search widgets
3. Product item on Collection page
4. Product item on Search results page
5. Quick view/Selection pop-up
6. Recommendation (homepage, cartpage, product detail page, collection page) with display type Carousel
7. Sort by option (sort by review rating)
How to integrate REVIEWS.IO with Boost AI Search & Discovery
⚠️ This feature only works with Boost AI Search & Discovery TURBO. To find out which version of our app your store's current theme is installed with, please follow this article.
Install REVIEWS.IO to your Shopify store's apps.
Go to Boost AI Search & Discovery > Integration > Third party integration > Select Product reviews tab.
Toggle ON the REVIEWS.IO Product Review integration > Select Ok, integrate now.
⚠️ Please be aware that within each 3rd-party app integration category, only one app can be active at a time. Therefore, if you'd like to integrate another 3rd-party product reviews app, it's recommended to manually toggle OFF this app to avoid any conflict > Select Remove to confirm your action.
💪 In other cases, even without toggling off the integration, when you enable another app within the same category, the previously active app will be automatically disabled after your confirmation.
Follow the next steps to enable the Show product rating option on each template where you want ratings to appear. All themes that use these templates will automatically display product ratings (reviews).
4. Go to Integration > Shopify Integration menu > Select a theme you want to display the Product rating > Click Next
5. Click Customize
6. Go to Product item settings > Additional information > Turn on the check box Show product rating
⚠️ If you find the Product item settings are not available, you need to upgrade your Boost template to the latest version first
7. Click Save and you're set!
