๐Ÿ“– The Pre-order Analytics feature in Boost AI Search & Discovery provides merchants with actionable insights into their pre-order performance. By analyzing data and trends related to pre-orders, you can make informed decisions about inventory management, product strategy, and customer demand

โš ๏ธ This feature is only applied to customers using the Boost app's TURBO version. To check your app's version and upgrade to TURBO, follow this article.

โš ๏ธ The Pre-order feature is compatible only with specific Themes & Boost template versions. It is currently available for:

  • Default Theme: Boost Template version 2.18.0 & above.

  • Dawn Theme: Boost Template version 2.18.0 & above.

  • Impulse Theme: Boost Template version 1.1.0 & above.

  • Warehouse Theme: Boost Template version 1.1.0 & above.

How to Access Pre-order Analytics

You can access Pre-order Analytics in two ways:

  1. From the Store Performance menu in the Boost app admin > Pre-order Analytics

  2. By navigating directly from the Pre-order section of the app > Analytics


Key Features of Pre-order Analytics

Date Picker

  • Default Range: Data from the last 30 days is displayed by default.

  • Access Periods by Plan:

    • Essential Plan: Access up to 90 days of data.

    • Professional Plan: Access up to 180 days of data.

Product Insights

  • Top Pre-ordered Products: Lists all products with the highest pre-order activity.

    • Default Sorting: Products are sorted by total pre-orders, with the highest at the top.

    • Product Name: Clicking the name redirects you to the Shopify product page.

    • Total Pre-orders: Displays the total number of times a product was pre-ordered.

    • Revenue from Pre-orders: Shows revenue generated exclusively from pre-orders. If this data is unavailable, it displays revenue from all orders containing pre-ordered products.

    • Click-through Rate (CTR): The percentage of times users clicked on the pre-order button out of the total number of views."
