📖 Boost is designed to enhance your B2B operations by seamlessly integrating with Shopify’s B2B functionality. This ensures smooth wholesale processes, up-to-date customer accounts, and an improved shopping experience for business clients.

⚠️ This feature is available for Essential (Legacy) subscription and higher.

How to access Wholesale selling

On Boost App admin, go to Settings > Wholsale selling.

Key features

Company List Sync

  • Automatically sync your company lists to keep all B2B customer accounts current and accurate in your store. This helps manage wholesale clients efficiently.

Company Locations Sync

  • Ensure all company locations are updated and correctly assigned to the relevant product catalogs, improving catalog accuracy for different business locations.

B2B Product Catalogs and Price Adjustments

  • Boost syncs product catalogs and pricing rules, ensuring B2B-specific prices are reflected accurately.

  • Sync Options:

    • Automatic Sync – Updates occur daily to keep your store aligned with the latest B2B data.

    • Manual Sync – Trigger manual updates instantly by using the Sync B2B Updates option under the Sync Overview menu.

Product Layout Settings: Bulk Layout

  • Boost’s Bulk Layout feature is fully compatible with Shopify’s Trade theme.

  • This layout allows B2B customers to add multiple product variants to their cart in just a few clicks, streamlining bulk ordering.

Known limitations with price-based features

Boost supports correct product visibility, pricing, and currency per company location. However, some price-based features don't yet work consistently for all B2B Markets setups:

  • Filter by Price, Merchandising Rules by Price, and Recommendation Filtering Rules by Price: limited support.

  • Sort by Price: works correctly for products using percentage-based price adjustments. Does not yet work for products using fixed prices.

We're actively working to improve this. One known constraint that will remain: price-dependent features will not work correctly for products configured with fixed prices, due to a Shopify-side limitation.
