Powered by AI, this feature analyzes user behavior, preferences, and past interactions to make product suggestions more engaging and relevant.

Why Personalization?
Personalization improves the shopping experience by aligning product suggestions with each shopper’s interests, measured through key metrics such as:
Conversion Rate
Add-to-Cart Rate
Click-through Rate
⚠️ We give greater priority to the latest product performance events over past occurrences.
By leveraging these metrics, merchants can create a more engaging shopping experience, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales.
How to Use Personalization
Access the Settings
Navigate to App Admin > Personalization.
Configure Personalization
Once enabled, configure personalization for the following placements:
Collection Pages:
Default status: Disabled.
To enable, click the Enable button in the Actions column.
Search Pages:
Default status: Enabled.
To disable, click the Disable button in the Actions column.
Recommendations:
Default status: Enabled.
To adjust settings, click Settings in the Actions column, which redirects you to the Recommendation menu.
💡 Save your settings after making any changes.
Product Reranking
Limit the number of reranked items for Search and Collection Pages.
Default: 50 products per page
Adjustable Range: 10–100 products per page
