đ Gorgias is a customer support platform for ecommerce stores. With this integration, you can display Gorgias live chat inside Boostâs Instant Search Widget so shoppers can contact you while they search.

This feature only works with Boost AI Search & Discovery TURBO.
You need a Gorgias account and a configured Gorgias chat widget before you start.
This feature is available on desktop only.
How to integrate Gorgias with Boost AI Search & Discovery
Install Gorgias in your Shopify store's apps.
Go to Boost AI Search & Discovery > Integration > Third-party integration > Support & CRM.
Find Gorgias and click Configure.
Turn on Display Gorgiasâ support chat in Boostâs ISW.
In the style settings, customize the support button:
Click Save.
Open the Gorgias app.
If you already have a Gorgias helpdesk, enter your Gorgias subdomain if it is not filled in automatically, then click Find My Account. You will be redirected to your Gorgias helpdesk with the Shopify integration added.
If you do not have a Gorgias account, click Create Your Account and complete the account setup.
In Gorgias, check that My store chat is Enabled and your email status is Verified.
After setup, shoppers can click the support button in the Instant Search Widget and open your Gorgias chat on desktop.
