Integrated (Version TURBO): Shows an Edit button.
How to integrate your theme with Boost
⚠️ After adding a new theme to your Shopify Online Store, be sure to click the Refresh button in the Boost-Shopify Integration menu. This step ensures that the theme data is synced before you proceed with setting up the Shopify Integration for the new theme.
From Theme library section, find the new theme you added (not integrated yet), click Integrate.
Toggle on the Boost feature(s) you'd like to add to your theme (at least one feature has to be activated to continue). Then, click Next.
To enable Boost Core, simply click Enable and let us do the rest for you.
(Optional) The next screen allows you to customize/change your template. This will affect your theme's appearance. Learn to manage your templates here.
⚠️ It is allowed a maximum of 25 templates in your store. If you have already added 25 templates, you will be prompted to select one of the existing templates to proceed with integrating a new theme. This ensures you stay within the template limit.
To select a template, click your desired template and select Confirm.
If you'd like to make any changes to the templates, select Manage template.

This option allows you to upgrade your Theme to the latest version; therefore, it's up-to-date for you to continue working on it.
⚠️ Important
This is only available if your theme's Boost version is on ver. 3.0.
When duplicating a V3 theme to upgrade to Boost TURBO, please be aware that certain settings may reset during the process:
Filter Layout Reset:
The filter layout will default to vertical. If your store was using a horizontal layout, you will need to manually reapply this setting after the upgrade.Instant Search Widget (ISW) Disabled:
The ISW will not carry over in the duplicated theme. You must re-enable ISW manually within your theme settings post-upgrade.
We recommend reviewing these settings after duplication to ensure your storefront continues to deliver a consistent and optimized shopping experience. If you need support, feel free to contact our team!
To update your theme to Turbo, follow the instructions below:
Find your preferred theme and click Upgrade.
Review the Update notes and make sure they are good, then click Upgrade Turbo.
⚠️ Please stay on this screen until the upgrade is complete.
Closing the tab or leaving the page will interrupt the process, and you will need to restart the upgrade from the beginning.
Once the migration is complete, the Widget Templates section will appear with the following options:
1. Apply
Click Apply to open a confirmation pop-up.
Confirming will integrate the TURBO widget template into your theme.
2. Preview in Visual Editor
Click Preview in Visual Editor to open a new tab in the Visual Editor (VE).
This allows you to preview your live storefront with the upgraded theme before applying any changes.
3. More Options (••• Menu)
Click the three-dot (•••) button to access the Revert option.
Selecting Revert will roll back the theme to V3, undoing the TURBO upgrade.
💡 Before applying changes, we recommend using Preview in Visual Editor to ensure everything displays as expected on your store.
To finish the process, click Confirm. To abort, click Cancel.
⚠️ Please be aware that this action is irreversible.
