How to access/update your subscription
Open Boost AI Search & Discovery → Settings → Subscription.
Review the recommended plan (based on your Base GMV). Click Subscribe.
(Optional) If you expect growth, drag the GMV slider to choose a higher plan. The plan fee updates automatically.
If you are on a trial, a Subscribe – Monthly payment popup appears. Click Subscribe to go to Shopify’s confirmation page. For upgrades, click Upgrade in the Upgrade package – Monthly payment popup.
In Shopify Payments, click Approve.
⚠️ Important: You cannot subscribe to a package with a GMV limit lower than your current Base GMV (e.g., Base GMV $110K cannot choose Basic_3 at $50K).
"GMV Data May Be Incomplete" warning
When you click Subscribe, we check your Base GMV data from the last 3 months. If your data looks incomplete (for example, some months show $0 while others have sales), a warning popup appears before you continue.
The popup looks like this:

Your data may not be fully synced, as no GMV was detected for previous months. Subscribing now may lead to inaccurate pricing. Please verify your data or continue if it is correct.
You have two options:
Verify Data: Closes the warning and opens the Base GMV details so you can review the data Boost is using.
Continue Anyway: Closes the warning and proceeds to the Subscribe (monthly payment) popup.
💪 Tip: If you recently installed Boost or had a sync interruption, we recommend clicking Verify Data first. Subscribing with incomplete sync data may lead to inaccurate pricing in your first billing cycle.
