Access your Boost subscription

  • Go to Boost app's admin β†’ Settings β†’ Subscription.

Package summary

Current package

Shows your active plan (e.g., Launch 2). If on trial, it shows days remaining.

GMV & Billing information:

  • Base GMV β€” sales volume used to recommend your plan (View details available).

  • GMV limit β€” maximum sales volume included in the plan; exceeding it requires upgrade or overage fees.

  • Invoice total β€” monthly subscription fee (View costs available).

  • Trial end date / Next payment on β€” end of trial or next billing date. Manage links to GMV & billing history and exports.

Your package

  • Click Explore features to view features/quotas across packages.

  • Use the GMV slider to preview a higher plan; the fee updates automatically.

  • The Upgrade now button enables only when selecting a higher GMV limit.

⚠️ You cannot subscribe to a package with a GMV limit lower than your current Base GMV.

GMV history & data export

See how Base GMV was calculated at each plan change and export order records for reconciliation.

⚠️ The GMV & Billing History page only helps you track your subscription charges, plan change records, Base GMV updates, and any overage fees. All payments are processed by Shopify.

What GMV history shows

  • Plan change records only (not billing/charges). For billing history, go to Shopify Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Past bills.

  • Filter by date range (dropdown at top right).

Export CSV of order history for that cycle (sent to the email registered during onboarding).

Reconcile with Shopify orders

  1. In Shopify admin β†’ Orders β†’ Export orders (for detailed instruction, visit Shopify article).

  2. In the CSV, use the ID column (Order ID).

  3. Compare with the exported file used for Base GMV calculation. Your Base GMV is your average GMV of the last 3 months. Based on the CSV file, this is how we calcuate your GMV:

Subtotal = Lineitem quantity Γ— Lineitem price.
