Getting Post-Purchase Offer Analytics

Learn how to measure the revenue, views, and conversion rates of your Post-purchase offers and their products.

📖 Post-Purchase Offer Analytics shows you how your one-click upsell offers perform, so you can see which offers and products drive the most revenue and optimize your Average Order Value (AOV).

How to access Post-Purchase Offer Analytics

You can access Post-Purchase Offer Analytics in two ways.

From the Analytics menu

  1. From the app's admin, click Analytics on the menu bar, then select Post-Purchase.

  2. The page opens with two tabs: Offer performance and Product performance.

From the Post-purchase offer list

  1. Go to Merchandising > Post-purchase offers.

  2. Find the offer you want to review and click See analytics.

  3. You are taken to the Offer performance tab, filtered automatically for that specific offer.


Set your date range and view options

These controls apply to both the Offer performance and Product performance tabs.

  1. Date picker: Select the period of time you want to review. The default is Last 30 days.

    • Essential Plan (Legacy): up to 90 days of data.

    • Professional Plan (Legacy): up to 180 days of data.

    • GMV-based Pricing Plan: full access.

  2. Ignore IPs: Click to open Analytics settings, where you can exclude traffic from specific IP addresses (for example, your own team) so it does not affect your results.

  3. Export: Download the current view as a CSV or Excel file. This works the same way as the Recommendation analytics export.


Offer performance tab

This tab shows performance grouped by each Post-purchase offer you have created. Offers are sorted by Total revenue (highest first) by default, then by newest to oldest.

Column

What it shows

Offer ID

The ID of the offer. Hover over the ID to see the full offer name.

Total revenue

The total gross revenue generated by this offer.

Order count

The number of orders where this offer was accepted.

Total view

The number of times this offer was shown on the post-purchase page.

Conversion rate (%)

The percentage of views that led to an accepted offer.


Product performance tab

This tab shows how individual products perform when they are featured in Post-purchase offers. Products are sorted by Total revenue (highest first).

Column

What it shows

Product name

The name of a product included in a Post-purchase offer that has tracked data.

Total revenue

The total revenue generated by this product through Post-purchase offers.

Order count

The number of times this product was purchased through a Post-purchase offer.

Total view

The number of times this product was seen within a Post-purchase offer.

Conversion rate (%)

The percentage of views of this product that led to a purchase.
